About HRM

High Return Management began as the internal operations team for five working companies — a supply-chain consultancy, an industry research firm, a recycling business, and two software ventures. Running them exposed the truth every new business hits: strategy is cheap, operating capacity is scarce. So we built agents to do the operating, productized them as BusinessDevOS and SupplyChainOS — and then rounded out the enterprise with HumanResourcesOS and FinanceOS.
