Website. Contact and content-request forms collect the details you submit (name, work email, company, message). We use privacy-preserving aggregate analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and a first-party cookie that assigns you a consistent variant of the site while we test copy; it contains no personal data.
Platforms. When your company becomes a customer, the platforms process the business data your company connects — CRM records, operational data, HR records, financial records — under your company’s instructions and a customer agreement. Your company is the controller of that data; we process it to run the service.
To respond to you, provide and improve the service, secure the service, and — only when you ask us to — send you content you requested. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer platform data to train foundation AI models.
The platforms use AI models to do work on your behalf. Sensitive actions (payments, payroll, legal commitments, external communications above earned-autonomy thresholds) are staged for human approval, and every automated action writes an auditable record.
Service providers under contract (hosting, email delivery, model inference), integrations your company connects, and legal requirements. Nothing else.
Website inquiries are kept as long as needed to work with you. Customer platform data is retained per the customer agreement and deleted or returned on request at termination. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.
