High Return Management (“HRM”) provides AI-operated business platforms — BusinessDevOS, SupplyChainOS, HumanResourcesOS, and FinanceOS — plus optional managed services. Paying customers sign an order form and customer agreement whose terms control if they conflict with this page; these terms govern the website and self-serve use.
You need accurate information and authority to bind your company. You are responsible for what happens under your credentials; tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect misuse.
The platforms act through AI agents under an earned-autonomy model: agents start in draft-only mode, and sensitive actions — payments, payroll, legal commitments, external communications beyond configured thresholds — require human approval. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving staged actions and for decisions made on platform outputs. AI outputs can be wrong; the service is a tool, not professional legal, tax, or investment advice.
No unlawful use, no infringing content, no attempts to breach or overload the service, no reselling without an agreement, and no use of the outreach tooling in violation of anti-spam or telemarketing law. You warrant you have the rights and consents needed for the data you connect.
Published plans bill monthly at the listed price for your scale band; managed tiers per order form. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice, effective at your next renewal.
Your company owns the data it connects and the work product the agents produce for it. We process it to run the service per our privacy policy. At termination you can export your data; we then delete it per the customer agreement.
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRM’s aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can cancel self-serve plans effective at the end of the billing period. We may suspend for material breach, non-payment, or risk to the service, with notice where practicable.
We will post updated terms here with a new effective date; continued use after the date is acceptance.
