Every automation on our platform starts draft-only and earns autonomy within customer-set caps. You will build the agents and the evaluation harness that decides when they have earned it, across several model providers, on real customer data.

What you will do

  • Design agent loops, tool schemas and memory for long-running business tasks
  • Build evaluation harnesses from real customer transcripts and outcomes; ship on evidence, not vibes
  • Implement guardrails, budgets and approval flows that keep humans in control
  • Tune prompts, routing and model choice across providers for cost and quality
  • Work directly with customers on what the agents get wrong

What you bring

  • Three or more years of software engineering, at least one year shipping LLM features to real users
  • Strong TypeScript or Python; comfortable with async systems and queues
  • You measure model behaviour with evals and can explain a regression
  • You write clearly about tradeoffs

Nice to have

  • MCP, function calling, structured outputs across multiple providers
  • Retrieval systems and document pipelines
  • Domain experience in operations, sales or finance workflows
