We run whole business functions for customers on one data spine, with agents doing the busywork and humans keeping the judgment. You will be one of the first engineers building that spine: services, data model, agent runtime, and the shell. Small team, whole problems, your work live with customers within weeks.

What you will do

  • Design and ship services in TypeScript on Postgres with strict multi-tenant row-level security
  • Build and harden the agent runtime: tools, budgets, retries, evals and audit trails
  • Own a platform end to end, from schema to the screens operators use every day
  • Instrument what you ship and use it to drive the next change
  • Review, mentor and set the engineering bar as the team grows

What you bring

  • Six or more years building production web services, with real ownership of a system in production
  • Deep TypeScript and SQL; comfortable designing schemas, indexes and migrations
  • You have shipped something customers depended on and handled the incident when it broke
  • Clear writing; most of our design happens in documents and PRs

Nice to have

  • LLM agents or tool-use systems in production
  • Fastify, React, Postgres RLS
  • ERP, WMS, HRIS or accounting domain experience
  • Early-stage startup experience
